What is Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)?
GEO is the practice of improving how your brand appears in AI-generated search results — answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews. Unlike traditional SEO, GEO focuses on citation quality, source authority, and content structure that AI models prefer to reference.
What are credits and how are they used?
Credits are consumed each time Axiom GEO runs a query against an AI engine on your behalf. A single keyword check across all five engines costs 5 credits. Reports, citation scans, and link-building analyses each consume a defined number of credits. Unused credits roll over for up to 90 days.
Can I buy extra credits mid-month?
Yes. Credit packs can be purchased at any time from your billing dashboard. They are available in five sizes and are added to your account immediately. Packs expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
How does billing work? Is there a contract?
All plans are billed monthly with no minimum contract. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Annual billing is available on request with a 15% discount. We accept all major credit/debit cards and bank transfer for Agency plan.
