What is an agency multi-client workspace?

Definition

An agency multi-client workspace lets one agency team run many clients from one login, with each client kept in its own separate space. Staff move between clients, while each client's own users see only their workspace, prompts, results and reports.

Key points

  • Each client has its own space for prompts, competitors, facts and reports.
  • Staff switch between clients from one login.
  • Client users only ever see their own workspace.

Also known as client workspaces, agency workspace

What does it mean in practice?

An agency multi-client workspace refers to software set up so one agency can manage many clients, each in its own separate space.

Each client's prompts, competitors, fact sheet, results and reports live in their own workspace. Agency staff can switch from one client to the next from a single menu. Client users get their own login and only ever see their own workspace.

Why does it matter for AI search work?

AI search work is specific to each client. The questions, the competitors and the facts all differ, and the findings can be sensitive. Keeping them apart means the agency can share a login with a client without worrying about what else they might see.

In Axiom GEO, every client gets a separate workspace, with staff and client logins, white label reports on the Enterprise plan and tasks tracked in Work. The agencies page covers how agencies use it day to day.

Common questions

Why do agencies need separate workspaces?

Each client has different competitors, questions and facts, and none should see another's results. Separate workspaces keep that clean, and let the agency give clients their own login without risk.

Can clients log in to their own workspace?

In Axiom GEO, yes. Client logins see only their own workspace, and answer accuracy stays hidden from them until it is switched on for that workspace.
