How do I build a prompt set?

A good place to start is the questions customers already ask. Pull them from enquiries, sales calls, People Also Ask, autocomplete and forum threads. Cover each main service and location, and mix broad questions with price, comparison and problem questions. Then group them by topic so results are easy to read.

Should I change my prompt set often?

Add to it when needed, but avoid rewriting it often. If the questions keep changing, you cannot tell whether results moved because the answers changed or because you asked something different. Adding new prompts while keeping the core set stable gives you both coverage and a fair trend.
